Outplacement Program Aims
Within the scope of your requirements, our Agreement for Outplacement Services and area of expertise; our career transition services aim to:-
- To help employees and workplaces navigate the redundancy cycle
- Facilitate employees manage the grief and loss stage of redundancy
- Assist employees in identifying and achieving their job search objectives
- Pinpoint sustainable employment opportunities and/or career pathways
- Identify training needs and strategize measures to address same
- Help employees develop effective employment documents, including CV’s- Resumes
- Provide employees with the tools and self-confidence to move towards their new career goals

Our Outplacement Programs can be configured as one or more: –
